Paper sweets
This is my kind of vending machine. Zero calories. Just paper sweets.
I literally walked right past this big black box thinking it was just a regular vending machine until one of my kids noticed it wasn’t.
Whoah! Let’s just back up and take a closer look. Cards, stationery, book-marks in a vending machine? I was definitely a kid in a candy shop.

These vending machines are part of a current exhibit “Made in Calgary: 1990’s” at The Glenbow Museum in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
If you haven’t heard of Monkey’s Paw, a unique bookshop in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, do check out a feature I did awhile back featuring their book vending machine.
So, if you were to own a vending machine, what would you want to have in it? Candy, pencils, perfume, socks….
