One eyed villain.
Ghouls and Candy
Halloween has snuck up on me. It usually does. Just the other day the kids asked me why don’t we decorate our home for the 31st.
If truth be told I am more about Fall than Halloween itself. Although I appreciate the time some folks put into decorating their home, and of course I REALLY appreciate the candy, I am just not that into the blood dripping out of skulls kinda thing.
However, if I was to gussy up the place, I would certainly want to incorporate some of this “Heroines &Villainesses” wrapping paper by PaperSource. Check out Dorothy from Wizard of Oz or Bat Woman. Love these ladies! I came across this paper months ago and tucked it away to share with you for Halloween. A nice alternative to the orange and black theme, don’t you think?
A trick or a treat
And these cards! These are by Nina Jones of Jonesy based in Toronto,Canada. These cards are clean, understated, and clever in their design and bring a little ‘hip’ into the whole ‘trick or treat’ scene. I mean, those little vampires are almost cute! Jonesy’s ‘charismatic stationery’ items are available here .
So, someone tell me, who is that frightful gal on the top row far right? I don’t have an inkling of a clue.
Do you decorate for Halloween?
p.s. If you have any left over Nibs or Starburst candy feel free to save me some!
Nina Jones
