“The reason why we don’t write letters anymore is not the cost of a stamp, but the cost of our time.” by Bruce Farrer
A big thank you to West Jet Airline for making me cry. Seriously, this story about one teacher who impacted hundreds of students made me tear up.
Mr. Farrer made a difference. May we all aspire to do the same.
If the timeline was reversed, here are a few things I would write to myself 20 years ago:
1) You do not have to have a huge corporate career to feel successful.
2) God will always be there for you to lean on; through the muck and the glorious stuff.
3) It’s ok to fail.
4) You don’t need to know anything about kids to be a good parent, so don’t fret.
