These seniors have blown up the internet this week. Love when this kinda idea resonates with so many people. Covid is especially difficult for seniors in homes who are not able to see family or friends who live outside the home.
Victorian Senior Care, an organization in the USA that manages several assisted care facilities came up with this brilliant idea. Maybe you want to write one of these lovely people?

I certainly agree barb. I love to write letters. I’m retired, 72 years old, retired from the Iowa health care system of des Moines iowa. I wrote to Linda n. However you or the organization might have two Linda’s.
Barb
Thank you John for writing to Linda n…I sure someone named Linda receives it. No doubt it will bring much joy. THanks for reading along here.

Loved this post – thank you! I often drive by a senior living facility in the small rural town near me and they posted a request for postcards at the beginning of COVID-19 so I started sending a couple every few weeks. It’s fine to drive by it and think about the folks inside who I hope are enjoying the pretty pictures and quick notes, even though I’ll likely never meet them.
Barb
Ann! I love that you already did this. And postcards are just perfect I think, gives a fun visual plus a wee note. How kind of you. No doubt your postcards spread much joy.
