Summer is a season of memories. Ones that we are creating now but also ones from our own childhood. Baseball pretty much consumes half of our family during the summer, every summer, so I thought this stamp was just perfect.
School’s out
When that final bell rings signalling the closing of the school year there is nothing but unbridled joy on the part of the kids. This stamp might be vintage but the smiles are anything but.
U-pick berries
With summertime comes a bounty of seasonal fruit. Berries galore taste best eaten in the fields, faces and fingers stained red. The strawberry u-pick is a favorite memory of mine growing up in Ontario and then making jam afterwards….that is if we didn’t eat all the berries first.
Flowers and trees alike take on a new growth beauty that provides us with shade and subtle scents. Here are more summer stamps.

I love that stamps. Don’t make me choose between them, because all are perfect.
However, baseball and picking berries doesn’t make part of our summer (Too hot here for berries!). I think my favourite activity is to spend the time besides the sea when the sun isn’t hot, in the late afternoon. My second favourite activity is sending postcards if I travel

Hi Eva, I loved learning about things that are more ‘summery’ where you are. Yes to postcards!
